We opened our doors in 2024 to provide a facility where we can help more people move better with proper biomechanics. Two years later, we’ve reached a number of people beyond what we have imagined. Some simply went here as clients while some became our friends even outside their training sessions. But either way, these are people who hoped to feel better from pain and became more conscious with their movement patterns.

2024 vs. 2026. We are located at 2nd floor, Regalado Hive, Fairview, Quezon City.
As we celebrate these two years of teaching better movement, it has amplified some misconceptions about movement that we have also encountered in our previous practices. If we could share three things we wish every client knew from the start, these would be:
1. EXERCISE IS FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE PAIN.
As we age, we begin to lose muscles, which in turn affects our strength and our capacity to move. This is why training is for everyone. Whether your a person in good shape or someone who has never lifted weights, you do not need to be in pain to justify investing in your health. Understanding your gait, your posture, and your movement habits is one of the best gifts you can give your self.
2. EXERCISE SHOULD NOT CAUSE JOINT PAIN.
Have you heard the "no pain, no gain" mentality? That phrase suggests that joint aches are just the price you pay for exercising. But this is not the truth. Exercise is a tool to protect your joints, not wear them down. If a movement causes sharp pain or lingering joint discomfort, your body is sending you a signal that your biomechanics need adjusting. When you move the way your body was designed to, strength feels effortless, and exercise becomes something that heals rather than harms.
3. FUNCTIONAL TRAINING IS FOR EVERYONE.
Functional training is not only for people who have pain.
And while we take great pride in helping our clients find relief from their body and joint pains, functional training is more than just being "out of pain."
There is a difference between just getting through the day and being confident with your body moves. Functional training is advisable for athletes and for someone who just wants to carry groceries without having second thoughts. And it starts with training a body that supports your everyday movement.
